How long does it take to ship?
Our current processing time is about 4-7 weeks. This is due to every items being produced after the order is made, as well as our high amount of current orders. We appreciate your patience!
What is your returns policy?
As of right now, we do not offer returns or refunds unless your item is flawed. However, if you have an issue with your order, please reach out via email, or by filling out our contact form and we will proceed in the best way possible! Please note that any flaws with your item need to be reported to us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a replacement or refund.
What are your delivery options?
We ship all items through USPS priority mail or UPS. Items typically take 3-5 days to ship (this does not include production time), however this may vary depending on the seasons and location of shipment.
